Well. Must've been in a bad mood when I posted my first review. Yikes. This album has really, really grown on me! It took a little while, but I have to say there are many songs that have been on repeat. I love 'I'm not ok', 'here now', 'sweet troubled man' 'get up, get on' and 'back home'. Awesome job, Jill. A truly moving album. I do love your previous work, but I really do enjoy this album and can't wait to see what you put out next. Sorry for my pretty harsh 1st review.

What an incredible voice. This album is my favorite of Jill’s so far. I love “Free.” It’s one of the few songs in my repertoire of music that plays on repeat. Beautiful artistry, Jill!

Jill has a special talent and i was so happily surprised that she has new music out. Achingly beautiful voice and words and a sound that is tight, yet flowing. Modern, yet not schlock. Thank you, Jill. Well done. Only one complaint, I can’t find anywhere who else played on it!

I’ve been waiting so long for a new album. I really like how she is exploring new sounds (emo/techno/pop) to add layers on her simple acoustic/folk base. Mesmerized!
