My favorite is Romantic Tropical Beach, followed closely by Cathedral Choir Gardens and Exotic Jungle. :D These are wonderful to sleep to.

I have SERIOUS trouble getting to sleep. So if just listening to 30 seconds of these "songs" puts me half to sleep, then just think of what the whole 9:47 can do! Belive me, they REALLY work.

This is really the gold standard for music that relaxes and doesn't distract. Unlike most music geared towards yoga and massage, the songs on this album tend to be without the instrumentals that often detract, in my personal experience, from the restfulness of the rest of the sounds. Like a few of the other reviewers, I'd suggest picking and choosing specific songs based on your personal preference, but I'd particularly recommend "Refreshing Rain" or "Soothing Windchimes" for particulary difficult sleepers. Highly recommend trying this one out!

the dolphin song sounds so fake and the waterfall is too noisy and raw that i feel like i'm choked with water --> Can't relax with these!
