I wish I could get my money back. Damage Control was a great able.... this is NOT Damage Control

Too much unintelligent noise and funky crap. Nothing like his earlier, more musical work.
  • Mat Zo is his own genre...

He has such an awareness for music production and his albums always flow very well! Different styles in every song and makes you want to listen to the whole album over and over!

The first album was so brilliant... Especially with the song Easy. It's just going to take some getting used to this album even though I don't see anything wrong with it

It’s been great to see how Mat Zo’s style has evolved and grown over the years. Self Assemble is an example of a artist that takes their sound in direction and is stronger for it. "Stereo No Aware" is hands down my favorite track

Fair warning- in order to like this album, you need to be open to quite a few genres of EDM. In this album, Mat Zo manages to combine elements of funk, progressive house, chill-out, and even elements of dub step into one seamless album. Each song is completely different from the rest showcasing Mat's incredible talent. He's not one of the most well known EDM artists, but he really should be.
