Probably one of the best albums I've heard in a long time. Also, if they come to a town close to you, I highly recommend you see them live. Their sound quality live is just as good (if not better) in person. Saw them in the Bay Area and I love them more now. Don't rush out bc they stay and sign autographs and chat with their fans!

Great album, I think their best from start to finish. Been listening to these guys for a long time, was lucky enough to see them live at a Casino of all places and they were fantastic!!! This album is the ultimate ear worm, songs build beautifully and overall a superbly satisfying listen.

I'm picky with my music and I never comment. I've been following this band for a long time and I love hearing them. I believe greatness is there. They have the sound and the emotion. I wish they would take songs story deeper and let the guitar loose a little. I'm picky and this is as close to old progressive rock I have heard and I want more because most modern music is awful. Lead guitar role is terrible the bassist, vocals and drummer and everything else is beautiful.

I am a huge BR fan and have loved each album more than the previous one. This record does not disappoint in any way. As with any album I listen to for the first time, I thought there has to be a few songs that I am not in to but every song on Ocean By Ocean is great. The sound is melodic and hauntingly soothing (not sure if that's a term or not lol).
Just close your eyes and rock your head slowly back and forth and you'll be fine.

The Boxer Rebellion gets better and better with each album. This one is true album-oriented rock that flows nicely from start to finish with soothing guitar melodies backing up solid lyrics. I like seeing how the band has come along with this sound - they are getting better every time.

I listened to big ideas and keep me close and was hooked. I decided to buy the rest of the album thinking j would like it. A mistake none of the others really stuck out. I kinda wish I could get a refund, so maybe only get a couple of songs that you really like. There are songs I do enjoy just wish I didn't buy the whole thing. This band does have a good sound though.
