Love this album.. It's all Meiko - her originality, delivery and unique, soft sound. One cannot go wrong buying this collection of Meiko songs for sublime listening pleasure.

The whole family enjoys this whole record. Meiko has some great songs, is very personable and puts on a great show!

I rarely write reviews, but as a songwriter myself I like to listen to stuff with more meaning. I've always liked Meiko's music; but I think it's amazing that she didn't continue to get more pop sounding and completely lose her routes like a lot of people do. I understand the whole concept of making more money and getting on mainstream radio and whatnot; but a part of me dies when singers sell out for that - especially when the emotion behind the songs continue to lessen and it just sounds- well, like everything else that is out there really. I know that this is my own view - and I do appreciate many types of sounds. I just hate when artists completely transform to the point where it sounds as though they are dumbing themselves down just to be popular. So VERY thankful for this girl & others who know who they are and want to stay true to that. LOVE this album.

This reminds me of Ingrid Michaelson back when she actually made good music. Moving Day is miles better than anything Ingrid has put out in years. It's soft, mellow and, most importantly, real music. No fake instrumentals/synths trying to grab the dollars from the mindless masses. It's deep, but not brooding. Great job!

I have to be honest, I was a little concerned about the direction she was going on this record, but to my great relief, she stays true to her style throughout the record. I love it!

Be part of her amazing journey in the past year. Listen to her heart break, and fill with joy. The words are powerful, the lyrics stick to you, the melody and rhythm are just as moving as the words. The work and thought put into this album is seen. Do yourself a solid and buy this amazing piece of work.
