The Beer Sessions

If you like Sponge and not just the song Sixteen Candles you will love this one! Especially 2x4 and Sick of it all. I've always thought some of their songs were so good you swear you've heard them before. This album does not disappoint!!

This album is pretty straightforward, it rocks and has a good time doing it. The album does have a slight 80's/early 90's retro feel to it but it also feels still new. I love that Sponge has started this album off by KickStarter so we as fans were able to be part of the creative process. Overall a solid and exciting, uptempo Sponge album that does not disappoint any Sponge fan or fan of hard rock. My only complaint is there is only 9 songs. Great job Sponge and thanks for continuing to put out new and great material. I can't wait till the next album!!!
