Wonderful live performance

I saw Danielle last night in Norfolk, VA (where, coincidentally, she recorded the album). It was a wonderful performance. She was joined by some wonderful local friends. I, of course, bought the CD and have been listening to it non-stop. Her voice is a combination of Nora Jones, Joni Mitchell, and something completely her own. Her songwriting is original, quirky and has a fantastic, wry sense of humor with many clever lyrical terms. I hope this album gets the exposure it deserves, and that Danielle garners the success she deserves. Check it out, and if you have a chance to see her live, go!
