First off, this is first and foremost a rock album. GREAT music and great production and writing. It also just happens to be one of the best and finest examples of the "new" rising of CCM in the late 80's that carried it into the world of credible music. Each song is a testament to the rising tide of the genre, and Russ' voice had never been more strong. Try and listen without getting involved...it's near impossible. "Walk between the Lines" remains one of the most powerful songs ever. Just a fantastic record.

I can be your music guru...this album is his best. Such great songs...rock, soul, great ballads! This love is strong is an amazing song especially after the mid song breakdown then the drums kick in and the lap guitar solo...should give you chills
