Take Me Away - EP

I have given them a few chances before writing this review. Iam not in love with this band, yes they are a roots band musically melodic. As far as lyrics and singing, it needs to be muted. This band has so much potential, but the singing makes me not want to vibe with it. If they released all of the albums and EP's as just instrumentals I would be elated. Until they stop recording trashy vocals that will be a no from me. Mahalo have a nice day ~

I love Pacific Dub! I got concerned when Bryce left the band, but whoever has taken over lead guitar has picked up where Bryce left off. This EP has a very mature sound to it - the songs are well-written and structured very well making it pleasing to the ear. I believe that the latter half of the album is stronger than the former. I can't wait to hear what ideas these guys come up with for their new full-length. But I beg them to please not make us wait 2 years between releases. The world needs more Pacific Dub!
