This is, by far, my favorite album from Neck Deep. Everything is just on another level. Lyrically, this is a masterpiece. This tackles a lot of big questions about love and loss and afterlife, and what the point of thigns are. It also tackles some political themes, love, mental health, etc. Vocally, Ben has never sounded better. He's improved so much. He has a wider range, and has more emotion now than ever before. Instrumentally, the band do great things. Hooks are catchy, riffs great, drums great. They go from up-tempo pop-punk, to ballads, to mellow, almost emo, sounds. Defintiely more of a variety and experimenting on this album. My only main issue is that I wish there were more up-tempo tracks. There tends to be a few too many slower tempo ones which messes with the album flow. But otherewise, this is a beautiful album. Production is fantastic as well. My favorite tracks are: "Motion Sickness", "In Bloom", "Where Do We Go When We Go", "Don't Wait" and "Heavy Lies". But all the songs are great, there is no filler. Buy this album, you will NOT be dissappointed. Here's to hoping many, many more albums in the future.
