These two men hold extrememly true to that title. Ryan Green, a Berklee graduate, busts out the most complex of chord progressions and face melting solos all while belting out breath taking harmonies along side the frontman Cameron Hood. Cameron Hood, an Arizona State graduate, is bursting with personality all while singing warm lead vocals and perfoming his beautfily crafted rhythm guitar. Those words are almost an understatement for these two gentlemen. What they have been able to compose makes my jaw drop. I'm thankful to be from the Boston area, so I've had the pleasure of seeing these guys on multiple occasions. Incredibly nice guys. Everyone keep their eyes on Ryanhood because they'll be on top before we know it. Also, watch for their upcoming album that is nearly finished. Featuring a few re-records from Sad and Happiness. Phenominal.

I've been a Ryanhood fan for quite some time, and definetly recommend this album! These guys are so talented, the music, as well as the voices, are to die for. Check it out =).

The music is great, the lyrics are beautiful, and the songs are "Ear Worms"; meaning you can't get the songs out of your head! If you are a Beatles, Aqualung, Howie Day, Gavin DeGraw, or a Jason Mraz fan, you will like these guys....

I have been a Ryanhood fan for awhile now, but there music just keeps getting better and better. If you like great music, talented musicians with amazings voices, listen to ryanhood. My favorite songs are "army", "welcome you into my head", and "helpless, hopeless". Also "can i kiss you" is another great song. They are really sweet guys, and the word needs to be spread about just how talented they are!

This second album shows off Ryanhood's ability to fold their beautiful lyrics into the incredible melodies that I once heard described as being "coaxed" from their guitar strings. My head still spins when I listen to how quickly Ryan's fingers dance over those strings and how as Cameron sings you can almost see him keeping time with his foot. Though this album isn't the acousitc duo flying solo, the backup musicians are wonderful and add a lot to the already fantastic new songs on "Forward". I think this might be on e the most listened to albums on my iTunes!

Ryanhood is a great talented duo that stunned me when i saw them open for Jason Mraz. Ryan Green's guitar playing makes your jaw droP! Just listen to the main riff on "Welcome You Into My Head". Very catchy songs with harmonizing vocals, I am shocked that these guys aren't mainstream! If you only wanna buy the songs individually, I would recommend "Army", "Seperate", "Welcome You Into My Head", and "Gardens and the Graves". This is a great album, but you can't really appreciate it until you see them perform live.

I recently went to a Better Than Ezra concert and these guys opened for them. They were awesome live and I bought the CD after the performance. The album doesn't "rock" as much as they did on-stage but it's worth a listen. They are very talented musicians.
