This is one of the truest albums I' ve ever heard. Lyrically, they're great. Politically, no one can touch them. America is well exposed on this album, so G. Bush better listen!!!!!!!!

OK folks, before we start praising M-1 and Dead Prez for their depth and activism (not a bad thing in and of themselves) let's really listen to what they say an open our ears to the fact that what they preach is a half-baked form of socialist anarchy. How contradictory can you be??? Just because a man raps about something other than bling, that doesn't make him smart, or what he's saying accurate or realistic. Pay close attention.

What you expect from M-1 is exactly what you get. Thought provoking and socially challenging lyrics. This is an album with a message, although you'll probably have to listen to it a couple of times before you understand it. For those who are not familiar with Dead Prez or the RBG movement, you maybe confused while trying to figure out the concepts of the song. The album lacks commercialsim, but M-1 manages to give mass appeal to this album, while delivering a powerful message. I think this is what KRS 1 meant when he said Hip Hop should be Edutainment. The standout tracks are Early, Comrade's Call feat Styles , Been Through feat Ghostface and Til We Get There. A solid album indeed.
