Loser Geek Whatever (From "Be More Chill") - Single

So heartfelt and intense! I loved the original BMC, but I feel like this addition explains a lot more about Jeremy’s character and Will Roland’s angrier take on him. I left the show with this song still playing in my head and I’m so grateful that I can listen to it again!

This was the song that was stuck in my head after leaving the Signature, I’m glad it’s finally recorded! And the BMC band kills 🔥

But why did they replace Will Connolly? And doesn’t Will Roland play Connor in Dear Evan Hansen? I guess this song’s good, but it just doesn’t give me that Be More Chill feeling. I just feel this song isn’t needed, maybe a song sang by Gerad Geranico (did I spell that right?) as he burns down Jake’s house would be a better addition to the musical.

Will Roland’s voice doesn’t compare to Will Connolly’s, and I have really mixed feelings about the song. The lyrics are eh, and the melody is...Eh. So overall, everything’s just...Eh.

I like the song, don’t get me wrong, it’s amazing and Will Rolland’s vocals are fantastic but it just doesn’t feel like it’s from the same musical. I enjoy listening to it but doesn’t really fit in with the soundtrack plus by adding it in they cut out my favorite part from the song Upgrade which makes me really sad. :(

Alright, so I love the song, but I would LOVE to see a full, new album of the cast! Like the updated Pitiful Children and changed lyrics, it would be amazing to have one album to find all of these on!
