Yeah its that easy blatantly ripped off Fela Kuti's No Agreement. Other than that its a great album. I just now wonder what else they borrowed.

    G. Love is, undoubtedly, a terrific musician. However, the majority of his albums are hit or miss and unfortunately, this one is mostly miss. There's fun to be found in the first track and "Slipped Away" but when "Pull the wool" comes around, I was already begging for it to end. Most songs go on for too long, especially the decent "Wool", which wouldn't be that bad, if it cut off 3 minutes or so. The last song is the most awful one on here, completely pointless and utterly boring. Sorry, G. Love, but your Special Sauce seems to be missing that special ingredient that we all love.

its funky fresh, beautifully soulful, irresistably happy, and undeniably chill. take a chance and buy it; you wont be dissappointed! every song is great but since most of the new stuff has a similar groove, its fun to mix and match albums. a solid, smooth, engaging effort from one of the most underrated artists in our time.
