Wonderful solo performance. Included songs from throughout her career. I knew she was a great singer/songwriter, this concert also showcased her exquisite guitar playing.

This is just…..amazing. This collection of old and new songs is a meditation on life, love, grief and memory. As much as I love it when Mary Chapin Carpenter performs with her band—hearing her perform solo is just stunningly beautiful. Her guitar work has always been solid and stellar—that is on full display here. Her voice has always been a welcome, consoling friend. This music collection is an oasis in the center of a difficult year. What a gift. Thank you.

This is a delightful solo live album - just her voice and her guitar. Her voice is clear, strong, and captivating. Her songs have always been wonderfully well written gems. It is easy to imagine she is singing from right in your room as you listen!
