Phantoms

If there were an official list of bands that either broke up too soon, or put out music that was highly under-appreciated, Acceptance would easily top those lists. Not previous or since has there been a band to so successfully bring multiple scenes together so fluidly. With notes of punk, mixed with pop and alternative rock, and held together by elegant piano melodies, Phantoms is easily one of my most listened to albums.

I remember first finding about these guys when "Permanent" was on a free ATV game I had on my PSP, which was when I was in middle school between 06 and 08. Now nearly ten years later I still love this band. What I'd give to go back..

I discovered Acceptance in Summer 2008. A friend of mine introduced me to them in college. I remembered the first song I’ve listened to was “So Contagious” and I Immediately fell in love with them. I was very disappointed to find out they’ve broken up back then. I remember saying “Damn, they could’ve gone far”. But now after 7 years, They’re back and I’ve been listening to them again ever since. I can’t wait for their new album. Acceptance forever <3

One of my favorite albums of all time. They broke up in 06 but just made a new song which is not yet on iTunes.

Every song I can relate to and is perfect . I listened to "Over You" and it helped me get over a guy I couldn't stop liking. My favorite band<3

One of the greatest shames of the punk-rock era was when Acceptance threw in the towel on the music industry. Their unique, clean, punk-rock feel is something I have been unable to reproduce in music I listen to nowadays, no matter how hard I search. You will not be disappointed with your purchase; in fact, you will most likely go on to find and buy the rest of their music longing for more, sad to realize they have long since broken up. I have yet to grow tired of their music. I end up not listening to them for a while, but always find myself coming back for more. *To those of you who don't know - the reason for the breakup was when the lead singer decided to stop living the unsteady and crazy life of a musician, and took it upon himself to become a reliable man and spend time with his family.* 5/5 & A+ Review. If only they'd get back together.

Maybe I'm not typical since my favorite is not the highest rated on the CD... try at least one or more of the tracks - very good!

I loved this album in 2005 and I still listen to it and love it today!! Every song is amazing!
