If "2003" and "Now I Can Die" don't become two of your most played songs, I will be stunned. Nina Gordon's creamy vocals and harmonic choruses are exactly what the doctor ordered. Try to only listen to the first two tracks only once; it's impossible. There are other strong songs, but "2003" and "Now I Can Die" are perfect.

In the 90's Veruca Salt's "seether" bit me hard & left a mark! The band's singer(s) oozed talent, depth, & introspect like nothing I'd heard in years. Nina was the standout. This album showed me why. She has the voice of an angel, and writes a song from the depths of her soul...I know this because I can FEEL it. "Horses in the city" moves me, "hate your way" makes ME hate his way too. Her writing is vivid, and detailed, her vocals are sweet & melodic. This is what solid songwriting is all about. I love this album, it speaks directly to me. Listen carefully & it will speak to you too...

I've always liked Nina's guitar style and sound. The combination of the rock-guitar sound with her voice is sexy and cool. We need more women rockers like her. I like how several of her songs build and get more powerful towards the end such as in Got Me Down and Hate Your Way.
  • Nina is a rare treasure!

Not only is she very charming and beautiful, Nina can write some of the most wonderful songs out there. Every time I put together a "10 albums I must have if I'm stuck on an island" list, TATROML is at the top. This is simply one of the best.
  • What an introduction!

Before hearing this album I had never heard of Nina's previous band and the "break up"......... Who cares.....This chick is great.....I can't get enough of her. gordons talent is enormous, while at the same time down to earth......She sings with passion and energy that few women of rock possess. This album is destined to be a classic......
