    I was about 6 upon hearing this CD (my grandma was one the first person I ever knew that owned a CD player). Knowing Twist I quickly developed a fondess for 'Haley Came To Jackson' 'Going Out Tonight' & 'You Win Again'. 'Middle Ground' is another jewel. One of the few folk singers to achieve sucess as a country act. Didn't matter to me what she was classified as and still doesn't. Her music is fantastic and this album is no exception. Her ability to tell a definite story in a song is a rare quality.

    Her voice is absolutely incredibly powerful especially with the song called "Halley Came to Jackson". Its a very moving song!
