Listening to this soundtrack is like living in the past, yet being all new while in the present. It's like a wormhole for your soul, and leaves you with a vibe that digs deep.

Just my personal opinion; this is the best Stones album since the 1977 release of Some Girls! I can’t stop listening to it. If I had it on vinyl it would worn out already.

I can't believe all these five star reviews. This is just an average Rolling Stones release and nothing more. Five stars is for some of their sixties material and a few of their seventies albums and one or two eighties albums. Guess I'm in the minority here but I'm 70 and grew up with listening to the band and quite frankly they should have called it quits years ago.

Mess it up should be a single. Mick sounds fabulous. I’ve seen the stones live three times. Thankfully this isn’t more forgettable crap.

I have listened to the entire "clean version" of the album. And I have watched a few videos of some of the songs, other than Angry. Lady Gaga is a perfect match with Mick. The bluesy Swet Sounds of Heaven really works with her and Mick. The video of them doing the song is great too. This is all original music and, in my opinion, doesn't dissapoint. Other old" bands have tried some new stuff and often it just doesn't work like their original songs. I have been a RS fan since I was a teenager in the mid-sixties. This iis a quality album with many excellent songs once you take the time to listen. Of course the new music will never resonate like the 60's 70's and 80's hits that spoke to us when we were young. But here are guys in their 80's making good quality music that is real rock and roll. I was afraid it was over. No more good R & R, but these guys have given me hope, even it is likley going to be the last. Listen often and loud, I think you will agree.

Okay, Mick's volcals are spirited and the rhythm guitar riffs are catchy, but man, the new-ish production values are unnecessary and an irritating hot mess. Sure are a lot of critics and listeners really into this one so, I guess I'm the exception that proves the rule.

They have created music history. I don’t think a band or person over 50 has ever made a great album. So this is the first. Not a bad song on this record and I put it up there with Tattoo You. Nice to hear some good guitar too. That’s been missing from music and Mick’s vocals are very strong. Like the producing as some songs feel so up to date, as Whole Wide World and Bite My Head Off. Definitely best album of the year.
