This is a great…old school mix of funk, rock, pop and soul music. Most of the songs can be seamlessly inserted into the 1970’s—-1990’s.
The only reason I didn’t give “Blue Electric Light” a perfect 5-star score: the styles of approximately 3 songs are slightly redundant. However: this does NOT mean those 2 or 3 songs are bad. They play nicely and STILL better than 95% of contemporary music. But I always feel 9…or 10 songs makes a tighter LP, generally.
With that said: please support good music. Don’t complain about the current state of music (I’m especially talking to us pre-1980 babies)….if you’re not supporting a TRUE artist and multi-instrumentalist (drums, keyboards, guitar, composer) like Lenny Kravitz.

Couldn’t wait to hear the electrifying sounds of Lenny Kravitz. Came home after work & hit play for the best music of my day. Next, I started dancing & singing along because I couldn’t resist. Love & recommend this album to anyone wishes to feel good.

This is a must listen to absorb his radiacne alone. Track one is wonderful. "It's Just Another Fine Day" is a deep cut burner as well. Refreshing vibes.

After listening two times of the album I downloaded only one song Human. Everything else is pure garbage. I loved his previous album, was really good. Try better next time Lenny!
