The movie isn't all that memorable with the Skippy from Family Ties playing a headbanging teen who can't seem to get a break until he meets his idol supernaturally played by a former Solid Gold dancer. But, the soundtrack? I rank this one in my Top 10 EASILY!

A great find, lost my cassette long ago. A great/bad 80's movie. Just great stuff. Also check out the movie Black Roses. Cheesy metal at it's finest, but some great music.

I loved all of the fastway songs... this soundtrack is great!!! I also found the dvd of the movie. I couldn't believe that the main character (the bad guy) was played by a solid gold dancer!!! how funny. anyway-this is good old 80's rock, get it, you'll love it....

This movie was so bad, it was GREAT. I've seen it several times, but not in the last ten years or so. Stumbled across this on iTunes tonight and had to buy it. I had the cassette tape for years. Great stuff!

I had the tape and the cd. I think that my exgirlfriend from that time frame lifted them from me. Anyway great guitars, howling vocals, and a crap load of headbanging fun, God forgive me, I miss the 80's. It's hard to believe that this is the same Dave King that is the lead singer of Flogging Molly. Now that is a transformation, but they kick butt too! Love the songs After Midnight and If you could see. Also check out their other albums," All fired Up!" and "Waiting for the Roar!," Dont bother with" On Target" they replaced Dave King with some guy that sounds like a Bon Jovi impersonator!

this movie was a classic, for all you dudes that had to have a mullet and black parachute pants with the bandannas tied around your leg, and your spiked wrist bands,if you ever watched that TV show family ties, and remember that annoying kid "Skippy", hes your main actor, go figure, Get it! have fun! I remember this movie way back in the 80's. The DVD now bills Ozzy and Gene Simmons as stars, even though they are only in the movie briefly. But what I do remember is having this soundtrack on CASSETTE TAPE! I listened to it so much I wore it out and haven't been able to find on CD anywhere. Thanks for putting this on here iTunes....it is truly a great Hard Rock Soundtrack!
