Holy Cow man! I was looking for some Shawn Lane stuff and came across this. It's now mine and I love it. I'm a guitar player who's grounded in 80's shred and I can't get enough of this. MAB is awesome at replacing the singer's voice with guitar flowing with the melody and hitting overdrive in the solos but keeping the flavor of the original guitarist he's giving tribute too. Also, you need to take in of MAB's gigs and check him out. Showman guitarist at it's purist and best.

Well, I was expecting over the top. No disappointment. It may be a little cheesy, but hey, that was the 80's. It's mind blowing what this guy does. He's definitely original in that he can play the rhythm and lead at the same time. Sure you've heard these riffs before, but it's how he plays. Watching him is even better.

When you go on iTunes and listen to MAB, you think -wow- he just plays other ppls songs. But to listen to his tributes and other songs in person is AMAZING!! I just saw him at hilton, and it's sooo cool. Think of all the best songs made by led zepplin all rolled into one song being played by one of the coolest guys ever. If he ever puts out the tribute to metallica- you shoul buy it. So rock on MAB! thanks for ur signature<33

"Hands Without Shadows" features Michael's version of some of his favorite songs and bands. There are also several original MAB songs on it such as "Pray On, Prey" and the title track "Hands Without Shadows." Mark Tremonti from "Creed" performs a guest guitar solo on "Burn." Rudy Sarzo, Ozzy's original Bass Player with Randy Rhoads performs on Michaels "Tribute to Randy" track and there are several more guest Artists as well. There is a reason Michael was voted the No. 1 Shredder of all time. This album is one of those reasons.

This album isn't even worth it. Some classic rock songs are just ruined by MAB. He's interesting to see, playing the custom double headed Dean guitar, but just because you can pack 500 notes in one measure, doesn't make it music. He seems to play the same 500/measure solo in all the songs of this album, which gets boring very fast. The only track worth the money is 'Dream On', other than that don't waste your money.

Just watch a You Tube video of him playing No Boundaries and you'll see what the hype is about. I always thought of him as all speed. I was wrong, forgive me Michael.Although, he is probably one of the fastest out there(I do recall a Guitar Worlds fastest player not too long ago) but his sound is also complex, diverse and clean. He can play anything.You want slow and technical and diverse then his christmas album is excellent also. Lets see: playing just as fast with opposite hand, backwards, sweep tapping thats insane. His 4 headed guitar playing will make you giggle and say is he for real? Anyone that can play equally well with both hands has my vote for best guitarist!

i met this guy in person when he came to a music camp i was at... Hes a great guitarist, but hes also a great guy.... we got to see him play his double necked guitars, the ones with the necks going out the side... Let me tel you: its sick! he is a crazy guitarist... buy his music, he will blow your mind away
