This music is great to keep up the pace for your entire walk. You can walk three miles during this music is you keep up the pace with the music. I love this CD!

Great motivating tool. When I was feeling fatigued, miraculously, a song came on about "being there" for me. Then, when I again found myself slowing down and thinking too much, Amazing Grace in a jazzy and upbeat style brought me to tears as I panted and pranced my way out of this pear shape! I recommend this CD, but if you are a beginner, don't try to walk to the beat at first. Someday it will be easy and you will say, "Ohmigosh, It Works!" My only reason for not giving it the 5 star rating is that some of the songs are very generic in beat and remind me of the old aerobics classes from the 80's. This is not worth passing up, though.
