This work is a wonderful meditation guide with beautiful language and inspiring music. However I am only allowing it to stars because it has not been updated since the Pope John Paul two added the luminous mysteries in 2002. I found a great shortcoming. I do not feel that this was made clear at the time of purchase. Although that may have been obvious to a sighted person

Fr. Benedict J. Groeschel and Catholic singer-songwriter Simonetta have composed a masterpiece. This rosary meditation is like none other I've ever experienced. Fr. Groeschel's voice is so surreal and Simonetta's interludes are timeless. This is a work of divinity, with deep, touching, and intimate meditations. I highly recommend this! 😊

I cannot say it any better than others here have said. I have a variety of audio rosaries ad this by far the most inviting and beautiful. I addition to Fathers voice, Simonetta's singing and the instrumental in the background create an environment for us to place ourselves into the mysteries. Thank you. I highly recommend praying this rosary. I have been inspired to spend more time praying it.
  • Beautiful. Thank you very much Fr. Groeschel

Suggestion: break the album up into seven playlists in your iTunes application. Then each week, update the first track with the daily episode from the Pray as You Go podcast. Then add an episode of the Saint of the Day podcast at the end. Do that once a week and you have about an hour of contemplation and prayer each day using your iPod.

I'm so glad I bought this album. The deep prayerfulness of Fr. Groeschel's voice and his profound meditations breathed new life into our nightly family Rosary. Simonetta's music adds a calm mood to the prayer.

This recording is so beautiful that when I lost the first set in a move, I missed it and had to order another set. I think Father Groeschel could read the phone book and it would be edifying. Of course I'm exaggerating, but there's just something about that gravelly voice and New York accent that is magnetic. I love the meditations, too - they bring things to mind that you may not have ever considered before. I have a lot of Father Groeschel's writings and he's tremendously gifted with the ability to put complicated concepts into words and analogies that are easy to understand. Simonetta has a lovely voice and both of them recite the prayers thoughtfully - at a good pace for meditation on the mysteries.
