What can I say about Evergreen Terrace? This album is great all the way through. It starts out intense with Bad Eneergy Trool and the energy keeps going till the end of the album. My favorite song on the album though if "Wolfbiker". Great melody, and it just has such a brutal feel to it at the same time. Every song on this album is great. Seriously the energy keeps flowing through the whole album. This album has many elements of hard core punk, metalcore, and a little alternative metal. What ties it all together is the simple catchy breakdowns. Best songs on the album: "Bad Energy Troll" "Wolfbiker" "Chaney Can't Quite....." "Rip This" "Starter" "The Damned" but the whole album is great, get it if you like anything from old rise against to something more metalcore like unearth. Its hard to explain their sound

.. A step forward. I laugh at people who don't understand music and progression. Radio rock? Are you serious? This is melodic hardcore through and through. Whats up with the guy who actually called As Cities Burn a hardcore band? LOL, dude try indie rock bro, please don't insult my scene : ). I rarely write on these boards for the mere fact that they usually are a forum for people to speak their ignorant minds. But, I had to speak my mind about this one. Evergreen Terrace are a darn good melodic hardcore band. With each CD they have grown as musicians (clearly). Sounds change, that doesn't mean that they sold out. It also does not mean that they are trying to do someone else. It just means progression. Something musicians know all about. So, take it advice from someone who actually knows and understand hardcore. This band is catchy, I dig em. So, give em a try, you might as well.
