Come What(ever) May (Special Edition)

This album is great form start to finish. Amazing combination of heavy and not so heavy songs.

Wicked game was originally written/recorded by chris isaak in 1989. Corey's voice was perfect for the song. HIM did an ok version, stone sour's is better. The spoken word tracks are awesome, they're classic Henry Rollins or Ani DiFranco style where you don't have to be limited by the presence of music to write and make art. Can't wait to see what they do next!

best voice talent ever

Really the only songs I like on this album are 30/30 150 come what(ever) may and made of scars. The rest is pretty disappointing.

The first Album is good but to me this one is better.. I like every single song specially track 6.. Stone Sour is Awesome !

30-30/150 - 5/5 No intro, just a great heavy riff and an amazing song. Come What(ever) May - 5/5 One of the best title tracks ever. Hell & Consequences - 4/5 It's a bit weak, but it's still good. Sillyworld - 3.5/5 It just doesn't really do it for me. Made Of Scars - 5/5 Great song, very catchy. Reborn - 5/5 The screaming chorus makes me sweat. Your God - 4.5/5 There's nothing wrong with it, just not as good. Through Glass - 5/5 Amazing, that's all I can say. Socio - 4.5/5 A good song. 1st Person - 4.5/5 Again, a very good song. Cardiff - 5/5 I like it. Zzyzx Rd. - 5/5 I think the pop version is better than the original. Suffer - 4.5/5 Actually, it's a good bonus song. Fruitcake - 5/5 It has a weird name, but it's really good. The Day I Let Go - 3/5 Eh, this one could have been avoided. Freeze Dry Seal - 4.5/5 I've always wondered why this was so short. Wicked Game - 5/5 Yes! Very good, and a cover! The Frozen - 0/5 Why did they put this garbage on?! It's just a spoken word thing, it's awful. I wish they hadn't have put this on.

To be honest, it took a little while for me to get used to this album, but before long, it became my favorite.

Since the I found out about Stone Sour, I've appreciated them more than Slipknot. Come What(ever) May [Special Edition] was their best best album in years, so if you want better guitar, bass, drums and vocals also calmer but faster, and more entertaining, check out this album by "SS" aka Stone Sour.
