This is the very first song i heard by Eisley, and i was immediately hooked! this song is extremely powerful, and the lyrics are unique and brilliant. the musical talent on this song is great as well. :)

...to come from Eisley! The first single off of "Combinations" is amazing. The voices of the DuPree girls are beautiful and the harmonies really are other-wordly. I cannot wait till August 14th for the rest of the album!

Eisley is a-mazing! If this is the direction that we can hear eisley moving into, then we are in luck. Invasion is more of a rock song than some of their other singles on the previous album "Room Noises," but the feeling is great, the obscure and highly entertaining harmonies are ear melting, and the musicianship is a step up (possibly from relentless year-round touring for the last 3 years?) Buy this single, it will keep you company as the August release date for Eisley's "Combinations" approaches.

What a tour de force from a hitherto unkown regional band. I haven't been able to put this down since I stumbled on it today. Typically you only get a song this beautiful and powerful from a vocal artist - but here you have the whole instrumental package with a clear alternative bent. Evocative of the Cranberries' best work but completely original. Also reminds me of 8mm, but neither comparison properly captures how complely Eisley have mastered a mind-blowing combination of ethereal yet tight and hook-laden sound. I can't wait to hear the rest of their new album when it releases August 14. Given the quality of their first album and this first single, it's become my most anticipated new release so far this year.

beautiful, Eisley has grown so much as a band. This song is such a breakthrough, still sweet like the old stuff, but more complex.

I was hoping to see a preorder of this with exclusive tracks or something...I'd still buy the CD album too...and probably the vinyl...I love Eisley so much I should probably have a medication.

Eisley never ceases to amaze me. This track off their new album is enchanting. The vocals are perfection, the music melodic, and it's the perfect thing to listen to to get you in a better mood. Eisley has done it once again, yet progressed to an even better sound. If you loved the first Eisley album, you'll love this. And if you love this and don't have the first album, I strongly suggest you go get it.
