  • I'm impressed, BUT...

This is a great album. Sure, it's not as good as the original, but there are some excellent moments. I would tell you to buy this, but "Back Against the Wall" is the exact same album for $2 less. No contest decision, I should hope.
  • Oh No...

This is sinful- a TRIBUTE to my favorite album, and probably one of the greatest if the greatest album of all time. This isn't even a GOOD tribute. The worse part is that Malcolm McDowell is the main artist on "The Trial"- and he's NOT EVEN A MUSICIAN. What has this world come to? Why did Robby Krieger from The Doors- one of the most awesome bands ever- even waste his time on this dud?
  • Balls.

As suggested above this album has no balls. The Wall was a concept album that had balls, this album is a group of musicians albeit talented musicians who just can not carry it off. Buy the original sit back with your drug of choice beer, cigarettes, what have you and just allow yourself to take in a great album. But this well buy it for your mother in law.
  • Where's the real one???????

itunes is missing several Pink Floyd records: The Wall, Momentary Lapse of Reason, Animals, etc... Why have a cover album and not the real thing???
  • Quite Impressive

I wonder if people realize that THE Ian Anderson of Jethro Tull, Adrian Belew of King Crimson, Alan White from Yes, and Tommy Shaw from Styx all collaborated to make this tribute. It is really good, and probably just a bit more acessible than the original.
  • Amazingly accurate, yet slightly obtuse.

A great deal of the Musicians on this tribute album are Jazzers and do a great job of articulating the music. They've done a great job of imitating the vocals, but the music is embellished in many cases, which I like. If you're a top notch, studio musician fan and a Pink fan, this is the album for you.
