Having seen many of his amazing live shows over the past few years, I have been waiting for YL to put out an album. It's finally here, and it is TIGHT. The best beatbox chops in the biz coupled with keen eyes and ears make Yuri one of the most on-point reporters of urban life today. While this album is excellent, in order to understand the Yuri Lane experience, you have to see him live!

the jewish beatboxer Yuri Lane did it big with this one. his mix of cultural sounds and flavors of hip hop is truly refreshing and sweet. Yuri balances his own style with those of hip hop roots. this is the beginning of a new branch of not only hip hop, but music culture. great album.
