Reviews

  • Too much Italiano

I will say that the orchestra does OK on the Sergio Leone stuff but there is just too much carryover of that type music into the other songs. This is just another K-tell mistake.

I think I've seen every western movie or TV show that played these themes. I really like the (Clint Eastwood) themes the best.
  • Great for Sergio Leone's Spaghetti Westerns

The Ghost Riders music is not what the song lyrics require, and too brief. The Dallas theme isn't from a western, it was a Soap Opera ! Liberty Valence and the magnificent Seven are excellent, but the album does the Sergio Leone Spaghetti Western themes better than any. Those like poster #1 who must never have eaten a hamburger, or enjoyed a western should try an album by Barbra Streisand instead. I liked seven out of the twelve, and will find a better copy of Ghost Riders in The Sky to sing along with while driving in my car.

Most people are aware that motion picture "theme" music is almost always instrumental in nature. This CD is no different. This CD is great to use as a pre-show warm up before our horse shows. Very good recording quality and great selections.
  • The Good, the Bad and the Ugly is the best.

This is the coolest song I've ever heard in my life. I give it 10 stars. Buy it.

This is an instrumental only. If you are looking for the ballad, this ISN'T it. The 30 second free preview and description doesn’t disclose this.

Oh yeah I play this a lot at my ranch in Wyoming. These songs get me pumped for when I'm challenged to a showdown at sunset in the town square. Also good for listening to while wrangling up some baby cows to club and devour.
