this is truly an amazing album. i heard her for the first time at a concert and had to buy the cd. its moving and catchy all at the same time.... every time i listen to it, i get more wrapped up in the music. buy it, you wont be disappointed!

This album grows on me with each listen. Lots of different styles including ballads, rockers and some straight up pop tunes. I always liked Emma's songs in the Delgados and this album is not a let down at all.

Ms. Pollock executes the logical next step in her career, and though the Delgados may have sadly broken up, she continues their vision in her solo album. (But what's with only offering a clean version? Has it been edited? Until I can sort that out, no purchase.)
