- No Time

I bought this long extended version of No Time, because it was so different than the original 'hit' version. I love the way Burton Cummings rambles on & on at the end, and, and, oh never mind, ...I got, got, got, NO TIME, to write any more.

The song listed here as "Species Hawk" is actually a song titled "Miss Frizzy" from the #10 album released in 1973. Other than this mix up, this is a good album.

Buy this. People don't what a band is untill they hear the not greatest hits stuff. With the Guess Who this is the case.

This was the group at their best! As good, if not better an album than American Woman, it shows a move into a more rock-oriented sound with several top 10 hits. One note, the track titled "Species Hawk" is actually "Miss Frizzy" a Bachman-Cummings composition that comes from the aborted album recorded after American Woman. This is the version as recorded in 1970 not the reworked track later released on the Guess Who album "10".
