I am an at-home exerciser. I have an elliptical, tread and stationary bike plus weights so I am very fortunate. However, distractions are always on the horizon to bust my motivation. Good music is a godsend. Thanks to all the previous reviewers who gave authentic and true reviews. The music on this album is terrific, flows well and is a true 50 min workout! Some albums are only 30-40 mins long. AGAIN, to previous reviewers, THANKS! I'm loving this album!
