These are possibly the best four songs in this bands entire collection. I simply can not get enough of this EP. I find it hard to beleive that these guys are not more popular. Rock music at its best. The chorus to each of these songs will get stuck in your head and you'll love it. If you're already a fan, don't hesitate just buy it. If you're new to Gaslight, this is a great place to start!

My dad showed me this band one day and I fell in love with them. They are my favorite band and the songs off this EP are the top played songs on my computor. I have played the song Where Are Thou Elvis almost 50 times! Can't wait to hear more great music from The Gaslight Anthem. Also if you like this EP, you should try their other music such as The '59 Sound!

This album encompasses the true essence of the summertime. with quotes such as "ill sleep on the beach if I cant find a ride", its hard not to feel freedom in TGA's music. Every song is amazing, every lyric is crafted, there are no meaningless words. You can really feel the soul in this music.

Man its great to hear a band these days that is as genuine as the gaslight anthem. All there songs are great mix of rock and punk and you can tell the lyrics have lots of heart. I'm not that great at writting reviews but I just wanted to say this EP is a great example of real music. These guys have potential, they could be all over the radio some day, but it doesn't matter they are an amazing group with or without execcessive fame. Get this EP if you've never heard them before its a great place to start then get both their albums.

It's not bad, but there are definitely better bands out there.

...A Saturday night in the middle of nowhere America where town dances and community gatherings are still the norm. If you can't that's okay because most of us can't but buying this album will take you there. From the opening guitars of Senor to the slow and solemn tempo of Blue Jeans you will not only feel middle America but you will hear it and see it. With the help of Brian's amazing lyrics and the tempo's that they are crafted around you will experience a journey that at times feels lost but when the ep's closer comes on you will see a long drive home with your favorite someone nestled next to you and at that point you don't want it to end but you know it must. Luckily for us all we have to do is push play and The Gaslight Athem will take us there again and again so long as we're willing to let them.
  • A FOUR TRACK WONDER

Not any four songs have surpassed the greatness of these four gems in 2008. Every detail in these songs are just flawless. These Jersey boys have the potential to take over modern rock and roll, I just hope they don't sell out. Words cannot describe how this EP has blown my mind. You can't put a price on it.

This ep is very good sign of things top come. I hear Bruce Springsteen and American Music Club and a little Gin Blossoms in the sound of these lads. Really good stuff here. Particularly Blue Jeans and White T-Shirts. I hope for the sake of rock and roll that these guys get big. Buy it.
  • Great and Catchy, sounds like Kill Creek!

I was kinda amazed that I enjoyed this band, when I hear of bands that "sound like" this and that I tend to not believe it. The Against Me! reference I keep hearing is definitely not that true. However, the Bruce Springsteen reference I keep hearing is undoubtedly there. These boys definitely like their homestate hero. However the sound of this ep reminds me a HELL of a lot like an amazing band called Kill Creek, which was on Mammoth records back in the day. Their latest album out on Second Nature. So if you like this also check them out. But this ep is definitely worth the buy if your into a sort of Bruce Springsteen sound mixed with a more Punk styling. Very Catchy. Enjoy!
