It doesn't take 6000 characters to say what I want to say about Lisa. The girl is FABULOUS in everyway, and she's got vocals that are outta this world. I love her album, and I look forward to a new one from her.

One word describes Lisa Lavie: BAAAAAAAAD! Mariah Carey mixed with Toni Braxton with a splash of Teena Marie and Taylor Dayne! But honestly, Lisa can hold her own with any of the above...

She is the revolutionary singer of today yet not as noticed as many she can hold her own better then what we commonly call legends. She brings herself into every single song and goes with a style and sound of her own. The album contains inflections of pop, r&b, rock, and gospell. Many notice the style of songs is similar to the early Mariah Carey with the simple explination of one of the major co-producers on this album was also a co-producer of Mariah back in the day so the styles of both early careers connect into a similarity. I don't know about you but I think this producer has a nack for producing those with extreme pottential and talent. Lisa has been a singer for a while and deserves her unrecognized credit to be given to her. Each song careers a sort of life of it's own and it doesn't seem to die out but yet grow as it gets near the end. And not in just the literal way. All in all I personally gives this album a 4.6 rating with the fact the slow songs are nice but I would prefer a soft ballad. But musically speaking this album contains every aspect of what should be put into the music. So musically based this album recieves way mire then 5 stars probably like 51,474,273,063 stars.

Beautiful voice a gift for her and for everyone who can appreciate such vocal control and structure. This has been a terrific investment in music.
