This is one of my favorite albums by Third Day, probably third overal next to Conspiracy #5 and Wire. I Like about every song on this record, and has my favorite Third Day song on it, Give. If you don't buy the album, buy that song! It's the most under appreciated Third Day song out there!

  • SOUTHERN ROCK!!!

Best southern rock album. I have to agree with wintc24 in that this is Third Day's last "rock" album as all their stuff afterwards has turned contemporary (especially when compared with "Time" and "Conspiracy No.5") I seriously wish they would return to this.
  • Best Album of their career

This is by far the best album of Third Day's career thus far, and sadly so far it has been the last record that has been great. I love Third Day and have seen them live 20 times and their music got me through a tough place in my life in 2000. The first three albums were lyrically and rhythimically genius. They wrote music that meant something and they staid true to their southern rock roots. Since the first Offering Disc (which was partly good because of the live music from the first few records) they have tried to be too mainstream and have written too many worship songs. Now don't get me wrong worship songs are great, but it is not Third Day's forte. I miss the grit and vunerability of the first few records such as this. It is a great mix of upbeat and worship, along with the southern roots that have made them great. It may sound suprising from this review, but this album is worth the money, and so is the bus album (album with the big bus) and Conspiracy No. 5. God bless!
