I have this LP and Iā€™m really thinking of buying the iTunes download, the sound is so clean and so good. These guys can really play and they show it here. Burton Cummings has a great rock and roll voice and there is a ā€™50ā€™s flavor mixed with Jazz. I hope this LP/CD was as much fun to make as it is to listen to. They play real notes instead of banging on guitars.

Rockin' has to be one of my favorite recordings of all times. It shows the group at the very top (or near the top) of their creativity. This 50's flavored record has some great tunes and Burton never sounded better. "Back To the City" is a great tune. I feel like this record never got it's just recognition. I highly recommend this cd!

Beyond the hit single phase, The Guess Who commanded a following of fans who appreciated the bands' evolution and direction their writing and performing took them. Not a formula group, these compositions remastered are a great presentation. Great guitar, and Burton Cummings voice kicks it good!
