I can't speak technically about this music only that it moves me~ Hoping to go back to teaching my Dance Exercise classes with this Covid behind us & Wake Up Everybody is going to be my opening song! I went down the rabbit hole to look for a more current version, and found John Legend & The Roots version great, but deep down this version moves me more- (I'll buy the other version for another class). After previewing more of HM&TBN, I've now bought their Greatest Hits & this one! Gotta luv Teddy's vocals....So many great songs...Bad Luck, The Love I Lost & this version of Don't Leave Me This Way, which we dance to by Thelma Houston & Pressure Cookers & also The Communards, looks like I'll be adding this to our repitoir!
