Change Again

A man I don't know, named Mikey Wax, contacted me on my Ping page and asked me to review his album. He apparently sent this request to everyone who, like me, reviewed a Brett Dennen album. The funny part is that he didn't bother to read any of the things i wrote. So OK Mikey, you can have your review. remember, you asked for it. Let's begin. first of all, ive never heard of anyone who is not a child that goes by mikey. you're a grown man, so... thats a choice. even spellcheck hates your name. second, did you and your mom write all these reviews yourselves? no way are those for real! read them! they sound like Time Warner Classic infomercials. now go check the comments on some other band's pages. see! nobody writes like that. i super love that on your page, in your top ten list of favorite songs, three of them are by you ( and one is a james taylor song.) not everyone has the courage to publicly declare themselves their own personal favorite thing. im not sure i have enough space to talk about the hilarious album art, or those charmingly candid, rugged yet soulful gay porn glamour shots that you post, but i want you to know that all kidding aside, i really, really hate those things too. let's see... what else what else wh-- Oh right. the music. actually, i hadn't really listened to the songs that much, but as im hearing it now, finally getting a chance to 'absorb' the vibe a little, i kinda dig some of the tunes. and the lyrics are pretty well crafted and emotionally honest. no im kidding, its bad. very bad. christian rock bad.

What a voice. The music is great,very adicting. Check out his other cd too. Just heard him for the first time today on U tube. he rocks, and so relaxing to listen too.

I really liked the music on here. Mikey Wax has a great voice that is calm and relaxing. This is really good msic to just relax and chill out to and I would spend the money on the album.

Great album. Yes, I understand that some of you may compare it to early Coldplay and John Mayer. He does have a wonderful talent. But he also has his own thing... there's something different about him that really makes you feel the music. Fantastic job, hope to hear more from him soon.
