    I love all of the Biggest Loser albums! This one is specifically paced for interval training. This type of training includes regular intervals of intense pacing to push yourself. It's one of jillian's favorite types of training to keep your from getting complacent. However, its not much help for endurance runs. Other biggest loser albums have steady paces throughout the albums. I really love the lack of pausing between the songs. These albums keep me pushing it hard!
