30 years later and many still don’t realize that this is a parody album. God Shuffled His Feet is to 90’s music what Scary Movie is to horror films. It’s fine for what it is but please don’t think for a minute this is a legitimate musical effort. Have fun.

This is the best thing I’ve ever heard from the crash test dummy himself . You can hear every story as it is read aloud and it is saying to you don’t try this at home. If you went to high school you will understand it, and if you went to college and graduated from the University - you will love Mmm Mmm Mmm Mmm . Go take a ride with the crash test dummies ! Five Broken Stars !! 🌟

Too bad these guys were a one-hit wonder – there are so many really fun songs across the album. My favorite is "Afternoons and Coffeespoons"!

It is a great album to play at an outdoor picknick, or at on a sunny day outdoors with a big speaker. Brad’s voice is one of the major things that makes this music recognizable. I was introduced to this album about two years ago, when my parents found it in an old case of compact discs, and my mom told me it is one of her favorite e4bands, and I synced it. I was hesitant to play it at first, but now I do not understand why. I am listening to it As I write this review, and it fits my surroundings. I think this album is the definition of folk rock. PERFECT!!!!

I bought the cd when it came out in 1993. The music is so fantastic! I love listening to it to take my mind off of this complicated world, like when commuting to work! The music is fitting for when traveling through "God's country." In other words, while enjoying the great beautiful outdoors as listening to the music of this remarkable and very original band.

Think about this music. They have soothing harmonies with a peppy funkification layered with props to the voice that is deep as can be and still in tune: unique sound.
