This was the first Static X album I ever owned, while I think all their other albums are great, this one will always hold a special place in my heart. Thank you Wayne for the awesome music! RIP!

Static X is a great band although I don't like this album to much. I think Wisconsin death trip is their worst and Shadow Zone is second. The only song I really like on this album is Otsegolectric.

This album is as good as Cannibal and Cult of Static which I listen to all the time. Since I've bought Shadow Zone I've been listening non-stop to it. Sure at times the vocals resemble Korn but the music is way better and all Static-X. It's about time for Static-X to release something new the last album was Cult of Static in 2009, what's up guys get back in the studio!
  • No X album will ever get less than 4 stars from me.

But I can't tell who made this album, Dope or Static-X. I find it somewhat ironic that there are so many reviews on other albums complaining that they are not as good as this one, and yet this is the least popular purchase among fans. Where are my grizzly bear vocals, Wayne? Did you tag out with Edsel Dope, or did you disguise your voice in hopes of stealing some of his fans? I DON'T WANT EDSEL DOPE, I WANT WAYNE STATIC! I love your hair, I love your voice, I love your lyrics. I may be critical of this album, and it my be my least favorite work but it's still worth grabbing. I'll take it over American Apathy any day.

Static-X, one of America's most under-rated bands, was very triumphant with this record. To me...this is their best of all their records. As a follow up to 2001's "Machine", "Shadow Zone" was a huge step forward for Static-X. I totally give it an A++

Static-X is very different from other artists, not just by looks, but by sound! I used to only like the song, I'm with Stupid, but they have grown on me. If you are new to Static-X, you may be thinking that this band is wierd and sounds dumb, I was like that at first, but I kept listeining to them, and now I like almost all of their songs. Go ahead, listen, download!

I wish they would have continued making albums that sound good and you can bang your head to and understand. The new albums just sound so trashy and repetitive.
