Chasing Another Sundown

I have seen and heard Chris on numerous occasions and have grown to not only enjoy but to appreciate his work. He is a very talented songwriter with a fresh new way to look at life and put it to music. He is unique and in my opinion not really comparable to any contemporary artist. He writes and sings with all his creative might. Each time I listen to one of his songs, it becomes like an old friend eliciting emotions and feelings that are personal and unique.

I saw Chris perform with The Lowlands a few years back and was blown away. I quickly purchased his own cd, Flying Boy and was very anxious for a new album. With all the generic artists out today it's amazing to see a true artist at work. His albums both seem to have themes and yet all the songs are original. They're perfect all seasons and for whatever mood you're in. His work seems to transform ordinary situations into art. If you are aching for new, original music, give his albums a try. You'll be amazed with the melodies and haunted by the lyrics.
