I was a HUGE Blake fan during his season; and very disappointed when he came in 2nd. But this album not only sounds like a 2nd rate Pet Shop Boys attempt, but is also reminiscent of the background dance pop you wish they'd turn down at every trendy club. I liked one song, but was otherwise disappointed. Was a Blaker girl; not so much anymore. Best of luck though Blake. I believe you have great talent. Just wasn't my cup o tea, this album.
- Surprisingly good

Personally I've grown to abhor American Idol and most of it's "top contenders", however, I got hooked on a Bimbo Jones remix of "Heartbreak On Vinyl" and decided to check out the rest of the album. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of production, the lush vocals and the continuity of the electro-dance vibe throughout the entire album... good stuff!
- Why do people not know about him?

If people only heard his songs, they'd all be #1 on the charts in like a second. People, give him a chance, it will totally be worth it!
- Better than his first!

I love Audio DayDream, but I'm not a big fan of his slower songs. The Point was his only one in this case and it's not too bad. My fave is Rebel Without a Cause and consider this album downloaded!
- Amazing

Thanks to Blake Lewis, I finally have good music to listen to while I work. Each song has its unique sound to it that also stays within the style of Blake Lewis. I love this album and hope that B.L. comes out with new songs in the future, but these will never get old.

His voice gives me shivers. It's wonderful : ) He has a gorgeous voice. I'm very happy he was able to find another label to produce his music.

Blake talks a lot about having the ability to pick/write his own material. That must be why I haven't enjoyed an American Idol as much as his. There's still some filler but on most tracks he fulfills the musical promise he showed on the show. HOV is a superior album to ADD so I can't wait til the next one!
