I liked what I had heard, which wasn't a lot but I still liked. Now that I'm listening to all the songs I still like. It's different but Patrick isn't trying to be Fall Out Boy again. I'm glad I gave it a try and didn't just read the reviews and leave. I don't think half of us knew what he could do and this proves it. Patrick is constantly surprising me but I love the suprises. I can't wait for Soul Punk because I want to hear more. Thank you though for Truant Wave. <3
  • More Mature

It's still the old TIA but a little more mature. I was young when I fell in love with this band but the last cd was just a little too young and not much originality. It's nice to have a band to grow up with and still be able to listen to their music. and this is more my style now, yet you know it's definitely the same band because they still have their touch to it. if that makes sense...lol. Great new music

My all-time favorite song ever is New York (Saint in the City). This is saying a lot, considering my near obsessiveness pickiness about music. If you look on my iTunes, it has over three thousand plays. Kind of ridiculous, seeing as the first time I listened to this EP I hated it. It grows on you (especially after three thousand plays). There's a nice and sort of different feel to it. However, I really really really really dislike the song I'm Yours Tonight. Very cliched and shallow sounding. Buy the rest of this EP though.

This album is very, very mainstream. The first three songs are actually pretty entertaining; the genre is well-worn, but they're pretty fun. The last two are blah. Really, though, spend your money on music that is actually going to grow on you over time, and that you will still like after you stop being a teenager.

I thought that TAI has lost theirself when I first listened to Fast Times At Barrington High. But after listening to this, the classic TAI is back. Thank you for getting back to who youu were, guys. ROCK ON!!

Ater FTABH I was a bit more hesitent towards TAI, but this is probably one of the best things they've ever done. Miles and miles better and away from FTABH, I feel they are establishing a much more solid and fitting sound. William's voice sounds at home here, and comfortable. As much as I love Almost Here and Santi (which is a hell of a lot) there was always an experimental sound but William has finally found an amazing comfort zone on Lost in Pacific Time. This is great for fans of Santi, I think.
  • some of their best work yet (: <3

so many people are complaining about this EP and it makes me so mad because I personally think that this is TAI at their best. "Sputter" is one of the top 3 greatest songs ever written in my opinion and "I'm Yours Tonight" is amazing as well. so are all of the other songs, of course. I feel like the lyrics on this EP are the best out of all of their CDs and they have not "sold out" at all. actually, they're one of the very few bands these days that HASN'T sold out yet, so don't jinx them :P overall, this is an AMAZING collection of songs by who I believe to be the greatest band in the universe so I highly suggest purchasing it (: if for some reason you don't like it at first, it will grow on you over time. <3

I didn't like them way too much in the first place, but most of their lyrics were meaningful. Now, they're auto-tuned, which is bad enough already for me. I don't see why a lot of people thought they sold out on their last album, but the EP is good. It's obviously the other way around.

i love TAI. they never disapoint me. i don't think i've heard a song of theirs that i didn't like and this definitly fits. i like how each of their albums are the same but have a slightly different sound. this is an album i'd listen to if i wanted to relax but not listen to some boring pop song. can't wait til' their next album.
