I'm just gonna go ahead and do it, I hereby coronate Kristine W the Queen of Electronic Soul...I mean SOUL (in caps)! Buy The Power of Music, it's her best album and her deepest...I've been a fan since Land of the Living and I'm always impressed with her limitless creativity and seductive energy (and that voice rocks too)...As for this maxi-single, I love the Groove Police and Virgo Bros. mixes...Hope the song "Fade" is the next single!

I'm a BIG kristine W fan from back in the day. I listened to all 16 mixes 30 second clips. They all sounded purty much the same. hard to tell if any of them are any good. She used to be AMAZING but the past few years she hasnt been working with the rite people and the few songs she has released have been all duds including this one. I miss the old kristine I would blast in my car. One more thing. My itunes says its 3.99 for the complete album of all 16 mixes this has to be a typo on itunes part. that would make each song 24 cents each.

I've never been a fan of Kristine W before. More of her songs of been lighter and more emotional. But this collection of mixes is absolute astonishing. The fact that Big Daddy Kane is involved in this project makes it even better. I think the absolutely best possible remix in this collection was made by Wideboys. These guys are the most innovative dance remixers in the business, at the moment. I liked the Groove Police remix. And, the Sweet Team POM club mix is pretty good, too. I am surprised how much I didn't like the Tony Moran mix. He usually always delivers, in any other occasion. At any rate, this collection has drastically changed my impression of Kristine W. I hope that she continues to pound out more awesome dance songs like this.
  • Kristine keeps churning 'em out!!

Here's the sixth single released from The Power of Music...The previous five have all gone to the top of the Billboard Dance Chart..This one should land at the top as well! There's a mix for everyone just about..My personal fave is the Groove Police mix..Done by Mike Rizzo and Josh Harris, this one gets me going...But don't overlook the others! They're all good! Nice to see a Joe Gauthreaux mix..I've been a fan since he was a resident in New Orleans, and of course, what's a Kristine single without Tony Moran?? The Virgo Brothers did a great job, and also produced a track on the Full Length album The Power of Music..If you haven't bought that album, GET IT!! The video for this single was just shot in New York City by Celebrity photographer/producer, Mike Rizzo...He also did the videos for Fly Again and Walk Away as well as RuPaul's movie, Starbooty! Check out the facebook page for stills from the video..it's sure to be AWESOME!!

Love Kristine W., but the Tony Moran mix was disappointing. Maybe I should have opted for Joe Gauthreaux.
