This is my first time hearing of AM and I can honestly say I am a fan! I love the alternative genre, and they certainty fit into it. On top of that this album has a classic rock kind of feel to it which adds to my appreciation for the music. The feeling of older styles of music makes the band a lot more appealing to me because it shows how they view music from the past and for the present. They are bringing back a style that has been lost which is awesome. I really like "It's Been So Long" and "Grand Opinion".

AM's sound is sophisticated yet hip and this album gave me a similar vibe to that of "Censored Colors" by Portugal, the Man because of the melodic vocals and guitar and the New Orleans feel. The songs give out a message such as "perfection keeps you looking around forever/for a heaven only you will ever see" and range from ones that groove and feel like a sunny, summer afternoon to ones that are more mellow and evoke that kind of musical beauty that gives you chills. It is a very inspirational listening experience.

Very tasty! This is Pop music for adults. Simple instrumentation but memorable, catchy music with some really nice guitar work. Something like early Dire Straits. Intelligent lyrics with an upbeat, positive bend. Highly recommended.

Am gets better and better with every album. This album is at the top of my favorites. Hard to find music that can still make you warm and fuzzy inside, but AM manages to do so.
