Blink of an Eye is such an underrated album. Every song is beautiful & well made. Mr. McDonald has one of the best voices, ever. I respect his work & longevity. I'm only 32 & I understand his greatness. This is definitely worth every dime. Thank you Michael McDonald!

Michael McDonald is an absolute icon. His music always gives away feeling in all listeners who listen to his music. It touches us inside. His music is beautifully sung, as his vocals are crisp while his voice is prestine. keep it up Michael.

From artist bio page: "The following year (1993) he released "Blink of an Eye", which was ignored." Why? How? This is his best work and imho one of the best contemporary / R&B albums ever produced. I've never spoken to anyone who's heard of it. It is a truley beautiful expression of humanity, faith, life, loss and love. I experienced a vivd dream during a short nap in '95 in which I heard the song "Everlasting" EXACTLY as recorded. I welcomed the chance to write a review here, my first visit on iTunes due to an iPad purchase - (I stood in line overnight next to Woz). If you like his work, or are a fan of the genre, you'll likely be moved and delighted. It's very much of a theme oriented album. Preview "More To Us Than That" & "Everlasting" for R and "East of Eden" & "No More Praying" for B. Enjoy!
