...Jungle Rot don't expect 800mph or Super Technical Death. These guys lend more towards the Old School Death and Thrash metal stylings of the early 80's and 90's for example Think Obituary meets Sodom.Though in some songs Jungle Rot can inject moments of faster paced movements in songs such as "Demigorgon","Consumed in Darkness" and the more grinding bonus track Darkness Forever. But none the less for a more simplistic style of Death Metal Jungle Rot pull there craft off well.Give it a chance, you might find out this release isn't all that bad. By the way where's Jungle Rot's - Dead and Buried itunes ??

While the riffs are simple and somewhat repetitive, Jungle Rot manages to pull off their formula very well and the songs are quite memorable, though not terribly complex. If you like bands like Obituary and Unleashed, you'll like this album.
