Modern Symphony 2010

I absolutely love Josh Vietti and this album is amazing. The way he combines classical music with modern beats is the ultimate collaboration. It is amazing how often I listen to this album. Extremely uplifting and motivating. This is the album I listen to every time I workout and run in races...please buy!

The orignial versions of these songs are much better, these have been altered quite a bit and sound totally different. HOWEVER, this cd is still worth buying, there is noting wrong with changing things ups once in awhile. Keep up the good work Josh =)

Like others, I saw Josh at the 3rd Street Promenade back in 2007 and was quickly drawn to his music. Since that time, I've purchased two of his earlier CD's. However, it doesn't appear that you can get his other music now, which is unfortunate. I have the original "Modern Symphony", and IMO, it sounds better than this version. To me, this version sounds too 'processed.' In summary....I love Josh's earlier music, but I don't care for this album as much.

I saw him play in Santa Monica today. He is amazing!!

I heard Josh perform live at 3rd street Promenade at Santa Monica on Saturday. I ran across the street b/c I had to buy the CD right away. His music, creative style, and talent are all unlike anything I've ever heard and it will absolutely move you. I would pay money to see him perform live at a concert any day.

I, too, saw Josh performing outdoors in Santa Monica. I was blown away and bought the CD. He is amazing! His performances are uplifting and moving. I have been listening to this CD non-stop!

Though I have not yet had the pleasure of hearing Josh play live, I am proud to be a friend of his and a huge fan of his music. I came to classical music in an "old school" way--that is to say, years of ballet lessons. One of the many things I admire about Josh and his music is how accessible he makes classical music to those who might not otherwise find their way to the philharmonic. Josh's crisp, fresh approach gives this music a bit of a modern flair, all the while preserving the material's original integrity and, most importantly, its beauty.

I saw Josh performing at the 3rd Street Promenade in Santa Monica last week and was absolutely taken back. He was PHENOMENAL in person!!! I had to have the CD, and it’s just as great. This guy is really going places!
